To be admitted to the Hotel Management programme, you must satisfy the following eligibility requirements:
- Min. Eligibility-10th Pass with 50% Marks
- If you want to pursue a Diploma in Hotel Management, then you must have obtained or earned at least a 50% grade point average in class 10 from a recognised board or equivalent and completed graduation in the case of a postgraduate diploma.
- If you want to pursue a degree course in Hotel Management, then you must have obtained or earned at least a 50% grade point average in 10+2 from a recognised board or equivalent.
- If you are seeking lateral entrance, you must have a minimum of a 50 percent score in a 3-year diploma in hotel management or an equivalent.
- You must have finished your qualification with English as a required subject.
Hotel Management Admission
Hotel Management admissions are typically merit-based; you must apply to institutions both online and in person. You must fill out the application form and pay the application fee. However, some institutions administer their own aptitude exams at the college level, while certain national-level entrance examinations are also held. Entrance tests could include exams such as NCHMCT JEE, WBJEE JEHOM, IIHM, MAH HM CET, BIT Mesra BHMCT, BVP HM, etc.
