What is the Situation Reaction Test (SRT)?

There are 60 situations-based inquiries in the Situation Reaction Test. The contenders will only have 30 minutes to respond to the 60 questions. A candidate has 30 minutes to respond to each of the 60 scenarios. However, if the candidate fails to appreciate a particular situation, they may skip it and move on to the next one, deprived of spending any time.

A candidate must transcribe two or three lines to respond to the respective scenario. A quick answer within the allotted time frame is consequently essential. Candidate answers should be concise and to the point; they should avoid going into great detail about their conduct.
