  • In the realm of hospitality, microbiology, forensic science, and social work.

Category 'E' Engineering & Medicine Courses

  • Graduate engineering courses (all streams), including architecture.
  • Graduate medicine courses include Naturopathy, M.B.B.S, Dental, B.Pharma, Homeopathy, and Ayurveda.
  • Postgraduate engineering and medicine degrees include homeopathy, naturopathy, M.Pharma, and surgery (except MDS)

Note: Students who are physically challenged or disabled will be considered eligible if they pass all categories.

Sitaram Jindal Scholarship 2024: Benefits and Advantages

  1. For Category 'A' applicants in Class 11 and 12,  girls will receive an amount of INR 700 and boys will receive INR 500 per month. 
  2. For Category ‘B’ ITI Students (As per SJF Trade List),  Govt. ITIs  will receive an amount of INR 500 and Private ITIs receive INR 700 per month.
  3. For Category 'C' (Postgraduate courses) 
  • Girls: 1800, Boys: 1500 (General Category) 
  • Physically Challenged or Handicap Students: 1800
  • Widows & unmarried wards of Ex-servicemen: 1800 

For Category 'C' (Graduate courses)

  • Girls: 1400, Boys: 1100  (General Category)
  • Physically Challenged or Handicap Students: 1400
  • Widows & unmarried wards of Ex-servicemen: 1500

  • Girls: 1200, Boys: 1000

  • Graduate engineering courses (all streams) including Architecture- Girls: 2300, Boys: 2000

  • ITI/Diploma and UG/PG Courses- 1200

Sitaram Jindal Scholarship 2024: Documents Required

The following documents are required to avail Sitaram Jindal Scholarship:

  • Income Certificate
  • Merit certificate (for Medical, Engineering, Diploma, and MBA students)
  • Certificates of fees paid (suitable for Medical, Engineering, Diploma, and MBA students)
  • Certificate from the hostel warden (for hostelers) 
  • Certificate of Physical Disability from the Competent Authority (where appropriate)
  •  PPO, connection dependency certificate, and ex-serviceman widow ID card (for widows and ex-servicemen). 

Sitaram Jindal Scholarship 2024: How to Apply?

Step 1. Candidates must go through the Official Portal: Sitaram Jindal's Scholarship

Step  2. After visiting the official portal, select "Apply For Scholarships.

Step 3. A screen will appear after you click "Apply for Scholarship." The candidate must select the option "Download Application and Annexures."

Step 4. After clicking on the Application Form, a PDF form will appear or download to your download folder. 
Step 5. Take out the printout and complete the form with all relevant and valid documents. 
Step 6. Hence, with all the valid documents attached to the application form, candidates must send it to the center at this location.
