Pondicherry University Distance Education provides arts, commerce, and management programs and diplomas. Apart from Pondicherry University's DDE MBA, which requires CAT approval, these courses are merit-based. There are both offline and online applications available. The AICTE, UGC & AIU, New Delhi acknowledge the courses Pondicherry University Distance Education offers. Along with classic textbooks of top publishers for some courses, the institution offers quality study resources for all the subjects.
In addition to bi-annual career fairs conducted by the university, the DDE program offers skill development webinars. Pondicherry University DDE is the first in India to host career fairs for distance learners. Pondicherry University Distance Education includes scholarships and a library. Reserve students, who are permanent residents, can apply for many scholarships from their state or UT government. Additionally, physically disabled students receive 100% fee savings.
Pondicherry University DDE and 9 reputable colleges or institutes have partnered to offer Twinning programs. Pondicherry University DDE Admission 2024-2025
The Directorate of Distance Education of Pondicherry University offers distance learning in several fields. In addition to arts and commerce, the university offers specialized distance MBA programs. Every year, Pondicherry University DDE admits students to all programs between January and July. Online applications are accepted in June and December.
Admission to all courses is based on qualifying exam score. University exams are held in June and December. Both semester and annual exam results are posted on the PUDDE website. Entering the exam roll number lets candidates see the results.
Pondicherry University DDE Admission 2024-2025: UG Programs
Pondicherry University Distance Education offers undergraduate courses in BA, B.Com, BBA, and BJMC. Admission to these courses requires some general eligibility criteria. Pondicherry University DDE Admission 2024-2025: UG Programs
Pondicherry University DDE offers two-year non-semester postgraduate arts, management, and science programs. All DDE courses require a Bachelor's degree (10+2+3) from a recognized university. Selection is based on qualifying exam merit.
