The Haryana State Technical Education Society, or HSTES, administers the Haryana DET (Diploma Entrance Test) at the state level. The HSTES authority administers admissions exams for diploma, pharmacy, and lateral entry diploma programmes.
Haryana Polytechnic DET Eligibility Criteria and Admission Process
The candidate must first apply to take the exam as any individual who has completed 10th grade from any state or central board of education is eligible to take the exams. The aspirant must apply online to take the Haryana DET entrance exam. Following the test, the HSTES council conducts the DET counselling process. Students must register online to participate in the counselling procedure, in which counsellors allocate the college to the students for admission based on the candidate's DET score and preference of institution and course, if available.

Maharashtra Polytechnic Admission 2023
The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) Maharashtra supervises the entrance tests as well as the admission processes for polytechnic courses. The council organises the CAP, or Centralised Admission Process, for Maharashtra Polytechnic admissions.
Maharashtra Polytechnic Eligibility Criteria and Admission Process
10th Passed or SSC or equivalent level students are eligible for applying to Maharashtra Polytechnic Colleges. Candidates must visit the official website of Maharashtra DTE to fill in the choices and CAP form for appearing in CAP counselling sessions. When the Maharashtra DTE releases the CAP Round 1 Provincial Allotment notification, the selected candidates must appear in person at the admission reporting Centre to make the admission process hassle-free. In the same manner, the CAP round will follow. The student must visit the college to complete the admission process after selection.

Rajasthan Polytechnic Admission 2023
In Rajasthan, there is no polytechnic entrance exam for admissions. Admissions are based on the merit list, which is published along with the 10th-class score of the candidates. The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) administers the admission procedure for polytechnic admissions in the state of Rajasthan. Whatsoever, the norms are subject to change as per the directives of DTE.
Rajasthan Polytechnic Eligibility Criteria and Admission Process
Students must have passed 10th Class from any school in Rajasthan recognized by the state or centre board of education to become eligible to apply for polytechnic admission. Candidates seeking admission into polytechnic colleges must register themselves at the official website of Rajasthan Polytechnic DTE. Once the merit list is published, the students need to fill in the choices and register for counselling sessions. Post counselling, the students will be allotted a college of their choice, which they must visit physically to complete the admission process. Those students who don't get allotted in the first counselling session have the chance of getting admission in the second counselling.

Kerala Polytechnic Admission 2023
The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) supervises and conducts the admission process for polytechnic aspiring candidates in Kerala. There are no specific entrance exams for Kerala Polytechnic admission. The admissions are based on prior academic records.
Kerala Polytechnic Eligibility Criteria and Admission Process
Eligibility criteria for the Kerala Polytechnic entrance exam are passing class 10th, SSLC, THSLC, or equivalent examination from the approved state or central board of education. Aspiring students must register on the official website with the aggregate score of Class 10th or other suggested examination results. Candidates must update their college and course choices. The DTE releases a provincial merit list and conducts counselling sessions correspondingly. The State Council for Technical Education & Vocational Training (SCTE&VT) is responsible for conducting admission processes in diploma engineering colleges in the state of Odisha. Since there are no entrance examinations, the admission process is entirely merit-based. SAMS or Student Academic Management System conducts and manages polytechnic courses.
Odisha Polytechnic Eligibility Criteria and Admission Process
Class 10th passed students from the Board of Secondary Education (BSE), Odisha is considered eligible for admission into Odisha Polytechnic courses. Interested students have to visit SAMS + 3 other websites to register themselves for the counselling sessions. Students must fill in the details related to past academic records, and choice of course/college and submit the application form.
