Online Applications are invited from Indian National for direct recruitment to the post of Scientist B in the National Technical Research Organization (NTRO), a premier organization under the Government of India. Before applying, candidates should ensure that they fulfill all the eligibility criteria as per the official notice. Their admission at all stages of the recruitment will be purely provisional subject to their satisfying the prescribed eligibility conditions.
Description of the post:
The following pay and allowances are admissible:
· Basic Pay- Rs 56,100/-
· Dearness Allowance (@46% of basic pay on date)
· Special Security Allowance (20% of basic pay)
· House Rent Allowance (HRA) (ranging from 9% to 27% of basic pay, depending upon the classification of the city of posting) – X(27%), Y(18%), & Z(9%)
· Transport Allowance- Higher TPTA cities (Rs. 7200/- +DA on 7200) & Other places (Rs 3600/- + DA on 3600)
· Government contribution towards NPS (@14%)
In addition to the above, the following facilities/ allowances are also given:
· Annual Increment
· Medical facilities for self and dependent family members (CGHS/ AMA)
· LTC facilities (for self and dependent family members)
· Government Accommodation (as per entitlement, in lieu of HRA) – subject to availability etc

AGE LIMIT Criteria for NTRO Recruitment 2024
· Not exceeding 30 years as of the crucial date of eligibility.
· The upper age limit will be relaxable up to a maximum of five years for Central Government servants in accordance with instructions or orders issued by the Central Government.
