NIIT University BTech: Overview
NIIT University offers a full-time BTech program under the Department of Engineering and Technology in various specializations which is designed to provide students theoretical and practical knowledge in various engineering fields.BTech Specializations include Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Data Science, Cyber Security, and Biotechnology. NIIT University fees for BTech vary for different specializations based on the specialization you choose. As per the official reports of NIIT University fees 2025, the total fee for the BTech program ranges between INR 8.8 Lakh to INR 14.7 Lakh for the entire duration of the program i.e. four years. NIIT University BTech Admission Process

All these students are required to appear for the NIIT University Aptitude Test (NUAT). The 50-minute online test is used to determine how well one knows Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.
Valid JEE scorers do not require appearing for NUAT. They are able to appear directly for a Personal Interaction with faculty members. In these sessions, the faculty advisors evaluate the candidate's problem-solving capabilities, creative thinking, academic aptitude, English language skills, subject interest, and personality.
The counseling process for the 2025 batch will start in the second week of July 2025, after all admission steps are complete. Selected candidates must visit the campus in person for their admission procedures.
NIIT University Fees for BTech: Hostel Fees
NIIT University provides a hostel facility to its students with comfortable accommodations in a soothing and vibrant environment. There are separate hostel facilities for boys and girls. Rooms are fully furnished with single-bed accommodation and common toilet facilities for girls. On the other hand, single/double/triple rooms are available for boys with common toilet facilities. NIIT University hostel fees are charged with two types i.e. Annual Payment Plan (APP) and Semester Payment Plan (SPP). The Table given below shows the hostel fees of NIIT University:
