What is NEET PG 2023?
The National Eligibility Cumulative Entrance Test (Postgraduate) is an Indian qualifying and ranking examination for students interested in pursuing various postgraduate Doctor of Medicine, Master of Surgery, and diploma courses at the country's government or private medical colleges.
NEET PG Cut Off 2023
MCC releases the NEET PG Cut off 2023 closing ranks after each round in the form of seat allotment results. Admission is made solely on the basis of NEET PG merit rank, college and course preferences, seat availability, and reservation criteria.
- The NEET PG Cut off 2022 scores for last year were 275 for UR, 245 for SC/ ST/ OBC, and 260 for UR-PwD.
- Only those who meet the NEET PG 2023 Cut Off will be eligible to participate in the 50% All India Quota counselling.

NEET PG Cut off 2023: Tie-breaker Criteria for Merit List
In the event that two or more candidates receive equal marks in the NEET PG 2023 merit list, the conducting authority will follow the tie-breaking procedure outlined below.
- Candidates with the most correct answers on the NEET PG question paper will be ranked higher.
- Applicants with a lower number of incorrect answers will be placed higher on the NEET PG rank list.
- The candidate's age will be taken into account, and the older candidate will be given a higher rank.
- Candidates with a higher overall percentage in all MBBS professional exams will be ranked higher.

NEET PG 2023 Counselling
NEET PG Counselling is held for about 26,188 MD seats, 13,649 MS seats, 1,979 PG Diploma seats, and 1326 DNB CET seats. NEET PG Counselling 2023 will be held by MCC for 50% AIQ and 100% Deemed & Central Universities, AFMS, and ESIC seats. The respective state authorities will conduct NEET PG 2023 counselling for 100% private universities, 85% state quota seats, and minority institutes. The NEET PG Seat Allotment Result will be released following each round of counselling.
