Medhasoft Bihar Scholarship 2024: Important Updates 2024
Register through the e-welfare portal to get the amount of the Incentive/Merit Scholarship Scheme-2024. Click on the link below for specific information.
www.medhasoft.bih.nic.in The date for online registration has been fixed from 15.04.2024 to 31.07.2024. Online registration will be closed after 31.07.2024 and no claim will be valid for registering after the prescribed last date. Education Department, Bihar.
While registering online, enter the same details that are on your board admit card.
All students are informed that those whose Aadhaar is not seeded to their bank account (for DBT), should contact the bank immediately. Because Aadhaar seeding and Aadhaar linking to account are different things. Those whose bank account is not seeded with Aadhaar will not be paid.
After seeding the bank account with your Aadhaar, wait for a minimum of 15 days, your account status will be updated soon
After registration on the portal, please wait for verification of bank account from departmental and bank. If found correct after verification the user ID and password will be received on your registered mobile number. You have to finalize your application by logging in with this ID and password and from time to time visit the portal to see the status of your application and inform through email if there is an error. After finalizing your application, please check the details given by you on the portal. Please do not share your user ID and password, Aadhaar, mobile number, or email with anyone else.
Medhasoft Bihar Scholarship 2024: Instructions to Apply Online
Before filling out the application form, please read the below-mentioned instructions to ease your application process.
- The Matric 2024 scholarship portal is going to open soon for female students only.
- Students have to mention the registration number, student's name, father's name, mother's name, district name, total marks, roll number, division, date of birth (as per 10th), Aadhaar details, Gender, Category, Mobile Number, It is mandatory to have an alternate mobile number as well and email ID for registration.
- This portal is currently open only for Matric (10th class) pass from BSEB 2024.
- Eligible student as per the advertisement of Matric 2024 Scholarship of Education Department, Government. Bihar needs to apply.
- A student can get a scholarship only once.
- The name of the student in Aadhaar should be as per the name of the student in the application form (applicant).
- A specific mobile no. of the student or any family member is required for the registration and will be activated till further warning.
- A unique email ID of the student/student’s family member can be used for registration and will be activated till further warning.
- Students need to register the following details on the portal such as name, father's name, total marks obtained, date of birth as per 10th certificate, Aadhaar details, bank account details, mobile number and email, etc.
- After registration, the student's bank account will be verified. After bank verification, the user ID and password will be sent to the student's mobile number. If students don’t receive the User ID and Password, wait for 15 days. In such case, a student can wait for 15 days and keep an eye on the status by clicking on the Get User ID and password or a student can also check the status by clicking on Get User ID and password or by SMS (BRGOVT).
Important Instruction: All students are informed that those whose Aadhaar is not seeded to their bank account (for DBT), should contact the bank immediately. Because Aadhaar seeding and Aadhaar linking accounts are different things. Those whose bank account is not seeded with Aadhaar will not be paid.
Medhasoft Bihar Scholarship 2024: Steps to Apply Online
There are 4 steps to apply online for the scholarship. All 4 steps are explained below for your better understanding:
Step 1: Student Registration
The first step for filling out the application form is student registration. In this, a student needs to get himself registered for the scholarship. After reading all the instructions, click on the checkboxes and then click on continue (refer to image 1). The next step is to mention all the details. To proceed further it is important to verify your mobile number as well as the alternate mobile number (refer to image 2).
Step 2: Department and Bank Verification
In this step, the candidate’s department and bank will verified. In this candidates need to mention all the details related to the bank and verify it to proceed further. Candidates should carefully review all the details before submitting it.
Step 3: Apply for Scholarship and Finalization
The next step after bank verification is to apply for a scholarship and finalization. In this students will apply for the scholarship by mentioning all the education details and submitting all the supported documents.
Step 4: Verify for Bank Payment
The last step in the registration process is to verify the Bank Payment. After verifying your bank payment, your registration process will be completed.
Medhasoft Bihar Scholarship 2024: Eligibility Criteria
Interested students should thoroughly go through the eligibility criteria to ease their application process. The start date of the application process is 15th April 2024 and the last date to submit the application is 15th May 2024. The eligibility criteria for the Medhasoft Scholarship are given below for all three batches i.e. 10th class, 12th class, and Intermediate/+2:

· A candidates need to be a permanent resident of the Bihar state.
· To apply for this scholarship, candidates must have completed their 9th class examination.

Eligibility Criteria for 12th Class
· A candidates need to be a permanent resident of the Bihar state.
