IIT Bombay M.Tech Placements 2024: Department-wise
The IIT Bombay department-wise placements for M.Tech have shown an increasing placement trend. The M.Tech in Aerospace Engineering placed 24 out of 37 students, resulting in a placement rate of 64.86%. - The Placement Office appoints a point of contact for your organization and sends an invitation to begin the process.
- Recruiters register on the placement portal (campus.placements.iitb.ac.in) and complete registration by paying the specified amount (for placements only).
- Recruiters create job or internship listings with required details, which are verified by the Executive Officer for accuracy, including remuneration and other specifics.
- Verified job opportunities are made available online to students as per the schedule decided by the Placement Office.
- Interested students apply for jobs, expressing their willingness to participate in the recruitment process.
- Companies access resumes of applicants through their online accounts and shortlist candidates based on their criteria.
- After coordinating with the Placement Office, companies conduct tests and screening processes as per the finalized schedule.
- Shortlisted students proceed to the final interview process conducted by the company.
- Organizations submit a list of selected candidates after interviews, and the Placement Office notifies them of student acceptances.
- Offer letters are delivered to selected students by organizations, along with detailed job information.
