IELTS Exam Fee in India: Mode of Payment
There are three modes of payment for IELTS exam fees in India. Net banking, demand draft, and bank deposit are the three options.
- Internet banking and Visa or Mastercard credit/debit cards
- Demand Draft - It's crucial to keep in mind that the demand draft is issued from an approved bank list and is drawn in the name of "IDP EDUCATION INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, Payable in New Delhi."
- Bank deposit: Using a personalized deposit slip that can be downloaded from the IELTS IDP India website or obtained from the neighborhood IELTS IDP branch office/referral partner, candidates can deposit cash in ICICI/HDFC bank branches. The original customer copy of the deposit slip must be submitted with the IELTS application form as well.

What is the IELTS Cancellation Fee?
Details on the IELTS exam cancellation fee:
- The refund you will receive will be less 25% of the administrative fee if your IELTS application is canceled more than five weeks prior to your IELTS test date.
- You won't get a refund if you cancel your IELTS exam less than five weeks prior to the test date.
- If you don't show up for the test, it will be assumed that you've canceled and you won't be given a refund.
- Please take note that after deducting the local administrative fee, those who can provide a medical certificate within five days of the test date can receive a refund.

IELTS Rescheduling Fee
Candidates must request a test day transfer and pay the cancellation/postponement fee at least five weeks prior to their scheduled test date if they need to change their test date. The replacement test date also needs to be three months away from the original test date. To change their exam date, candidates must pay an administrative fee of Rs 3,300, including all taxes.
IELTS Rechecking Fees
