Top 10 Tricks to Ace JEE Mains 2024

When it is about qualifying an entrance examination such as JEE Main, there are no shortcuts. The candidates appearing in the examination must be aware of every topic of JEE Main Syllabus in order to crack the exam and score well. However, there are other more factors that can contribute to scoring good enough marks in JEE Main Exam. Below mentioned are some of the ticks and tricks that every JEE Main 2024 aspirant must know:

  1. Strategy Planning - The first and most significant hack is this one. Reading and revising is one thing, but a JEE applicant must have a proper plan in order to pass the exam. As a result, you should create a realistic and planned study schedule, assigning time according to the importance of the topics. One such strategy has been discussed here.
  2. Revision – Focus on reviewing essential concepts and formulas. Make small notes to review the day before the exam.
  3. Mock Test – To simulate exam conditions, complete at least one mock test per day.
  4. Time Management – Even if you know everything on paper, if you lack time management skills, it will be useless. As a result, aim to expedite your problem-solving process.
  5. Work on Weak Areas – If you are aware of your weak points, attempt to concentrate on them first. Concentrate on improving and practicing in those areas extensively.
  6. Revision – Memorize and master key formulas. A solid foundation in formulas aids in problem-solving speed during the exam.
  7. Resource Utilization – Use study materials such as practice test papers, previous year papers, and additional questions from NCERT books.
  8. Take Short Breaks – Take brief naps and talk to family and friends. This will clear your mind.
  9. Group Discussion – This is the most effective strategy. If you have friends who share your goal, hold a daily group discussion about the difficult topics and difficulties. You can also have talks with your teachers.
  10. Think Positive – Create an optimistic attitude. Have faith in yourself and your work. Avoid unneeded stress.
