Haryana Scholarships 2024: Overview
The State Government of Haryana, through its different subsidiary departments, offers a number of scholarships to provide financial assistance to deserving students. The key providers offering these scholarships include the following:

Haryana Scholarships 2024: Required Documentation

Aapki Beti Hamari Beti Scheme, Haryana
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant parents must be a resident of Haryana, or one parent must reside there with their female children.
- Female children must be enrolled in a school or Anganwadi Centre.
- Families belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC) or classified as Below Poverty Line (BPL) are eligible if their firstborn daughter was born on or after 22nd January 2015.
- Additionally, all families with a second daughter born on or after that date are also eligible, regardless of caste, religion, income, or number of sons.

Post-Matric Scholarship for BC, EWS, and DNT Students, Haryana
Eligibility Criteria
- Students must be domiciled in the State of Haryana.
- Applicants must belong to the Backward Classes (BC), Economically Weaker Section (EWS), or Denotified and Nomadic Tribes (DNT) communities in the state.
- Students must be pursuing their studies in post-matriculation or post-secondary courses from a recognised institution/college/university as specified in the terms & conditions.
- Applicants should have passed matriculation or higher secondary or any higher level examination from a recognised university or Board of Secondary Education.
- The annual family income of the parent(s)/guardian(s) should not be more than ₹2,50,000 from all sources combined.

Eligibility Criteria
- Students must be a resident of Haryana.

Monthly stipend of ₹200 and ₹15 per month for tuition fees

Merit-cum-Means Scholarship for SC Students, Haryana
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be a domiciled resident of Haryana.
- Students must be pursuing AICTE-approved courses through regular mode only in government/private/aided technical institutions approved by the Technical Education Department, Haryana under Scheduled Castes Sub-Plan (SCSP) schemes of the State Government.
- The annual family income must be between ₹2,50,000 to ₹3,50,000.
Awards
The selected candidates will either receive an actual tuition fee or ₹20,000 for a diploma and ₹40,000 for degree courses (whichever is lower).

State Merit Scholarship for UG/PG Students, Haryana
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be a domiciled resident of Haryana.
- Students must have passed the specified Public Examination from the Punjab or Kurukshetra University or any other examining body, otherwise notified by the awarding authority.
Awards
Monthly scholarship up to ₹900.

State Meritorious Incentive Scheme (CBSE), Haryana
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be a domiciled resident of Haryana.
- Students must have secured first position in Class 10/12 in the annual CBSE examination.
- They must be pursuing their studies in Class 12 or undergraduation courses as a regular student at a recognised institution in Haryana.
Awards
Entire course fee for higher studies till the completion of graduation.
