DU will only accept application forms for the DUET entrance exam from eligible individuals. The qualifying criteria for DUET 2024 include age restrictions, academic qualifications, and nationality requirements. DUET 2024 Application Form

The DUET 2024 UG application process through DUET opened on Feb 28, 2024 (CUET). The last date to apply and pay the DUET Application fee was 26th March 2024 for the undergraduate applications. The DUET 2024 PG application process went live on the university's official website in December 2023. For the DUET PG program, students could apply until 26th Jan 2024. The MPhil and PhD registration process has not yet started. The NTA has not yet disclosed how to apply for DUET for any of the programs. Filling out an application form will allow eligible and interested individuals to apply for admission to various programs offered by Delhi University. The NTA will hold an online registration procedure for the DUET 2024 University level exam, which will be offered for undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs.

How to Download the DUET 2024 Application Form?

  • The application form for Delhi University is now available online.
  • The application form for UG DUET 2024 is available from February 9th to March 12th, 2024.
  • Candidates must provide information such as their name, email address, and phone number.
  • Scanned copies of candidates' photographs and signatures should be uploaded to the application form.
  • The application form for DUET PG courses will be available from March 2024 to April 2024.
  • Candidates must carefully fill out all of the details because mistakes can result in the application form being rejected.

DUET Admit Card

The NTA released the DUET 2024 admit card on 7th May 2024. The DUET is a computer-based test. It is critical to recognize that the admit card is a critical document that must be brought to the DUET exam centers. Candidates who do not have it will be unable to take the DUET exam. Students must bring their government-issued IDs along with their DUET admit card. 

How to Download the DUET Admit Card?

The following are the steps to obtain a DUET 2024 admission card:

  • Students should visit the official website of Delhi University.
  • Look for the 'DUET admission card' link on the front page.
  • Students must enter their login information, which includes their form number and birth date.
  • Click the 'Submit' button.
  • The DUET admit card is displayed on the screen.
  • After downloading it, print it out.

DUET 2024 Admission Process

Candidates can learn about the DUET admission process by following the step-by-step procedure outlined below. 

Step 1: Fill the Application Form

Aspirants must complete the DUET application form online at the Delhi University website. Candidates must register on DU's admission portal 'UG Admissions 2022 (Entrance Based)' for UG courses, and 'PG Admissions 2024' for PG admissions. Applicants must upload a photograph and scanned signature that are no larger than 500 KB in size and in JPG/ JPEG/ PNG format.

Step 2: Download the DUET Admit Card 

Candidates can then download their DUET admit card from the Delhi University official website by entering their form number and date of birth on the entrance exam portal. Aspirants will be denied entry to the DUET if they do not present their admit card at the exam center. 

Step 3: Take the Delhi University Entrance Exam.

Students must appear for DUET according to the schedule listed on their DUET admit card. Aspirants are advised to arrive at the exam center at least an hour before the exam begins.

Step 4: Check the DUET Result

After appearing for DUET 2024, the candidates can wait for NTA to release the results online Candidates can view their results on the official website. 

Step 5: Attend the Round of Interviews/Group Discussions

Candidates who pass the Delhi University Entrance Test are required to attend an Interview/Group Discussion round for some PG courses offered at Delhi University. 

Step 6: Counselling

Students who make the merit list must attend the counselling session after the merit list is published online. Following that, students must reserve a seat and verify their documents. The candidate must attend the counselling session on the specified date and time. Students must also pay the first semester/year fees to confirm their admission.

DUET  2024 Syllabus

DUET 2024 Syllabus 2024 differs for each course offered. Candidates must begin studying the subject in 12th grade in order to prepare for the UG DUET exam. DUET 2024 Preparation Tips

Candidates who plan to take the exam must have a specific strategy in order to succeed. The study plan provided below can assist candidates in preparing for the DUET.

  • Exam Pattern: First, candidates should review the exam pattern to get a sense of the types of questions that will be asked and the structure of the exam. 
  • Marking Scheme: Candidates must be aware of the DUET's marking scheme.

DUET 2024 Exam Day Guidelines

DUET UG 2024 Result

The DUET UG results will be released following the exam. Last year, however, the DUET UG 2022 result was released on September 16 at 4:00 a.m. The result was supposed to be released on September 15 at 10:00 a.m., but it was later pushed back to September 16 at 2:00 a.m. Given the abundance of papers and subject combinations, the NTA cited a "huge database" as the cause of the delay. The DUET UG scorecard can be found online. Candidates can access their results by logging in to the official website's result link. The DUET UG result includes information such as candidates' names, categories, sectional and overall scores, percentiles, cutoffs, and so on.

DUET UG 2024 Answer Keys

The DUET UG answer key will be made available after the exam. Last year, however, the DUET UG provisional answer keys were released on September 8. Candidates had until September 10, 11:50 p.m. to challenge the answer keys. Candidates could access the answer keys and response sheets by logging in to the exam website with their username and date of birth/password. ''Candidates were given the opportunity to see their responses to the Question Papers and to challenge the Answer Keys,'' the NTA stated. Online challenges were forwarded to the relevant Subject Experts for verification. The Final Answer Keys were used to generate the Result.''

How to Raise Objections to DUET UG 2024 Answer Key?

To raise any objections in the DUET Answer Key, the candidates can refer to the below procedure:

  • Log in using the Application Number and DOB
  • Download the response sheet and the interim answer key for your subject
  • To challenge the answer key, click on the ‘add challenge’ option available on the screen
  • Select the subject and Question ID from the drop down menu
  • Then challenge the key by paying an amount of INR 200 per question

DUET 2024 Counselling

Following the announcement of the results, DUET 2024 counseling will take place. The NTA is yet to announce the DUET counselling dates. A merit list will be released prior to the start of counseling. Students who meet the prerequisites will be permitted to participate in the DUET 2024 counselling process. Dates for counselling, as well as a schedule, will be posted on the NTA's official website.

To participate in the DUET Counselling, the candidates must carry the below-mentioned documents:

  • Class X Certificate (Mark-sheet or certificate) indicating the date of birth and parents' names
  • Class XII Mark-Sheet
  • Caste Certificate, if applicable
  • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Certificate, if applicable
