CBSE has released CTET qualifying marks on their website. As CTET Result is out, CTET cut off marks are available category wise and candidates need to score minimum qualifying marks to pass CTET. What is CTET Cut-off?
The minimum qualifying marks for a candidate is referred to as cut off. Students who clear the minimum marks are called for the next stage. Every cycle, candidates should know that cut off changes as per number of registrations, average marks of candidates. Candidates can check older notifications of CTET cut off to know the complete cycle. Candidates should note down past cut off and prepare accordingly as CTET cut off will be based on past year trends.
CTET Qualifying Marks

How To Check CTET Cut Off?
The CTET Cut Off will be declared along with the result. You will get the cut off with your scorecard. Follow the steps below to get the official cut off.
- Visit CTET website: ctet.nic.in.
- Look for the section of CTET result or cut off marks. This section may be named as “CTET Result” or “Cut Off Marks”.
- Click on that section to proceed.
- You may be asked to enter your credentials like roll number or registration number to get the cut off marks.
- After entering the details, submit it.
- CTET Cut Off will be displayed on the screen. This will include minimum qualifying marks for each category and overall cut off.
- Now you can view and download the CTET Cut Off for future use.
CTET Score Card and Qualifying marks
Candidates who will become qualified for the CTET Exam will be able to easily access and download their CTET scorecard from their Digi Locker account. The CTET scorecard is directly sent by the CBSE board to the Digi Locker account of the respective candidates.
The candidates will not receive any hard copy of their CTET Score Card/ CTET Certificate from CBSE. They need to log in to their Digi Locker account with the credential sent to them on their registered mobile number and email ID by CBSE. Candidates will have to use the e-copy of the CTET Scorecard to testify about their CTET Qualification.

Details Mentioned in CTET Score Card
CTET Certificate is issued by CBSE after CTET Exam. CTET Exam Certificate will have the following details:
- Candidate Information: This section will have the candidate's name, roll number, registration number and other details.
- CTET Exam Details: It will have details of CTET exam taken by the candidate like exam session, date and year.
- CTET Marks Obtained: The certificate will have the marks obtained by the candidate in each section or subject of CTET exam.
- Overall Result: This part of the certificate will state whether the candidate has qualified the CTET exam or not.
- CTET Validity Period: The validity period of the CTET certificate will be mentioned, usually for a few years from the date of issue.
- CTET Certification Authority: Authority issuing the CTET certificate like Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) or relevant educational authority.
- Seal and Signature: The certificate will be stamped and signed by the authorized person to authenticate its validity.
- Instructions: Any additional instructions or guidelines related to CTET certificate like usage for employment purposes may be mentioned.
