Amount and Rewards: Course Wise
UG, PG, and Professional Course are three types in which the scholarship is offered. Details are mentioned below:
- For UG course, the amount is INR 5,000 per annum.
- For PG course, the amount is INR 6,000 per annum.
- For professional course, the amount is INR 7,000 per annum.
- Hostel stipend: Rs. 13,000 per annum
Hostel Stipend Details
- The rate of girls hostel stipend will permit female students to get an allowance for accommodation hence enabling them to avail hostel facilities.
- A one-time payment will be made annually to female students by the scholarship amounting to INR 13,000.

Application Process and Renewal
Eligible girls can apply online through DMW website. First time applicants should register to get their scholarship student login credentials. But for renewal applicants can provide their login details directly. Application process for both is same.
Here are the steps to apply or renew the scholarship:
- Visit the official DMW website, https://collegiateedu.kerala.gov.in
- Click on Ch Muhammed Koya scholarship.
- Click on the “Apply Now” button on the right side.
- First time users should fill the registration form.
- After filling the Ch Muhammed Koya scholarship form click “Submit” to complete the registration.
- After registration candidates will get registration ID and password.
- Use registration ID, date of birth and password to get Ch Muhammed Koya scholarship student login credentials.
- Select “Ch Muhammed Koya Scholarship Fresh” for first time applicants or “Ch Muhammed Koya Scholarship Renewal” for renewal applicants.
