CBSE Class 12th Result 2023: How to Calculate Percentage

The following are the steps for calculating percentages of marks -

  1. To determine the percentage, add all of the marks earned in all subjects and divide the total number of subjects (5) by 100. (or total marks of 5 subjects).
  2. Divide this value by 100 to get your CBSE percentage marks.
  3. Assume you get 50 in English, 50 in Maths, 70 in Physics, 80 in Chemistry, and 50 in Biology.
  4. To calculate the percentage of marks, add 50+50+70+80+50 = 300.
  5. Now, divide (300/500) to get the percentage. * 60 percent of 100
  6. Please keep in mind that students must compute an aggregate based on the best of 5, which must contain English or a language.
  7. To compute the best of 4, sum the marks earned in the four best subjects and divide by four.
