The CBSE Board has released the CBSE Class 10 Science syllabus for the academic session 2024-25. Students can access the syllabus on the board's official website (cbse.gov.in). Being familiar with the latest and updated syllabus is a must as it helps students to decide their preparation strategy. They can focus on the important topics and concepts with more marks weightage for the CBSE 10th Science Board Exams 2025. Students should start their preparation at least 3 months prior to the examination. Science is a major subject in CBSE Class 10 and students must aim to score highly in it as it increases the overall percentage.

Themes in CBSE 10th Science Syllabus 2025

CBSE Class 10 Science has been devised based on five broad themes as follows:

1. Materials

2. The World of The Living

3. How Things Work

4. Natural Phenomenon and

5. Natural Resources.

It provides a clear listing of chapters along with the topics, along with them, beneath each theme. The content is specially taken care of in making it concise by deleting unnecessary topics, thus providing a focused approach to the subject matter.
