BHMS: Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery 

BHMS stands for Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery . It is an undergraduate academic degree course which covers medical knowledge of the homeopathic system. BHMS course is of 5½ year duration which includes an internship. The course can be pursued after completion of 10+2 level of education with 50% marks in aggregate. Admission to the program is based on entrance exams like NEET, KEAM etc. The average BHMS course fee ranges between INR 2 to 3 lacs.

BHMS Course: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates are required to fulfill the below mentioned minimum eligibility criteria required for admission into the course.

– 10+2 or any equivalent degree from a recognized university. 
– An aggregate score 50% at 10+2 level 
– Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as the compulsory subjects. 
– Minimum age limit is 17 years

3) Kerala CEE MD Homeopathy Entrance Examination

This Examination is for admissions to MD Homeopathy courses in Government Homeopathic Medical Colleges at Thiruvananthapuram  and Kozhikode. The following MD Homeopathy Courses are offered.

4) Delhi University MD Homeopathy Entrance Test

The Entrance Test for admission to Post-graduate Degree MD (H) Courses in Homoeopathic Medicine (PGMET-H) for the following courses is held at DU.

5) Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka PG Entrance Test

Post Graduate Entrance Test for admission to Post Graduate Degree courses in Ayurveda, Homoeopathy and Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences in Government colleges and Government seats in Private Aided/unaided Minority & non minority Colleges in Karnataka. How to Begin Your Application Process For BHMS Colleges?

Candidates are selected based on marks obtained in the respective entrance exam which is followed by a round of Group Discussion and Personal Interview. With this, skills and abilities of candidates can be judged and he/she is shortlisted. Those candidates who have successfully cleared the entrance test can appear for 1st round of counselling and then 2nd round of counseling which may be held for those candidates who have their names in waiting list
