What is AP ECET 2023?
Andhra Pradesh Engineering Common Entrance Test (AP ECET) is administered by JNTU, Ananthapur on behalf of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE). The exam serves as a gateway for Diploma holders in Engineering Technology/ Pharmacy and BSc Graduates to seek admission under the lateral entry scheme to the second year of BE/ BTech/ BPharmacy Programs offered at Universities and AICTE/PCI approved Institutions in Andhra Pradesh.
AP ECET 2023 Result
The exam authority will release the results for the candidates who will take the AP ECET 2023 entrance exam. Candidates who pass the written entrance exam will be able to download their results.
The answer key is available on the website for candidates to download. The answer key will be displayed in chronological order. Qualified candidates will be contacted for the counselling process, which will be conducted on a merit-based basis.

AP ECET 2023 Merit List
Following the announcement of the AP ECET 2023 result, the exam authorities will release a merit list. The names of all candidates who are eligible to participate in the counselling are included on the AP ECET 2023 merit list. The AP ECET merit list will be prepared based on the candidates' scores/marks in the AP ECET 2023 exam. If two or more candidates receive the same score, the tie-breaking rule will be applied.
- Candidates with higher Math scores will be given preference and placed higher
- If a tie persists, candidates with higher Physics and Chemistry marks will be placed higher.
- If a tie still exists, the candidate who is older in age will be given preference.
