AIBE 19 Registration Latest Updates: The Bar Council of India announced the AIBE 19 exam date through an official notification on 3rd September 2024. The AIBE exam will be conducted on 22nd December 2024 as an offline Pen-and-Paper Test (PPT). Candidates willing to apply for the upcoming AIBE exam must complete the application form by logging into the official website on or before 15th November 2024. The AIBE 19 registration for the students in their final year or semester began on 25th September, while for all other candidates, the registrations began on 3rd September.

What is AIBE?

All India Bar Examination (AIBE) is a national-level examination that the Bar Council of India administers for law graduates who are keen to start practicing law. The candidates will receive a certificate of practice, making them eligible to represent themselves in any Indian court.  The exam is conducted in 53 cities all over India and in both national and regional languages.

The registration window for AIBE 19 will be available on the official website - allindiabarexamination.com. Candidates who wish to take the All India Bar Examination 2024 must fill out the application form. Registration, application form completion, document uploading, and fee payment are all part of the AIBE XVIII (19) 2024 application process. The application fee for AIBE 2024 is INR 3,500 for general/OBC candidates and INR 2,500 for SC/ST candidates.

Steps To Apply for AIBE Registration 2024

The step-by-step procedure to appear and apply for the AIBE exam has been outlined below for the candidates' reference. Check the complete process detailed below.

Sign Up/Register Online

  • Go to the Registration Page.
  • To begin the registration process, click the "Register" button. Following that, fill in the below details.
    • Name of the Applicant: Fill in your full name as it appears on your State Bar Council Enrolment Certificate. Please do not use any other name.
    • Phone Number: Provide a 10-digit mobile phone number that is unique to you. Make sure this mobile number is active and up to date because it will be used for communication.
    • Email: Enter a valid and unique email address. This email will also be used for communication, so make sure it is up and running.
    • Password and Confirm Password: Create a password that follows the policy. Confirm the password to ensure accuracy. To proceed, click the "Continue" button.
    • Enter your OTP: You will receive an OTP (One-Time Password) on the mobile number and email address you provided. Enter the OTP in the designated field for verification.
    • Select the "Verify OTP" option: This will confirm the OTP and allow you to continue with the registration process. A message will appear indicating successful OTP confirmation.

After registering successfully, you will receive a registration confirmation email and SMS to the email address and mobile number you provided. They must then enter the OTP received on their mobile number and email address to complete the registration process. AIBE Registration Number and Password will be sent to the registered email address once verified. Candidates must fill out the online registration form with the  information presented below.

AIBE Registration 2024 Important Points To Remember

When filling out the application form, the applicant must pay close attention. They must remember to follow the rules.

  • Before submitting their application, candidates must double-check all of their submitted information.
  • Provide specific information such as your phone number, email address, and address. Fill out the application form very carefully because there will be no corrections available.
  • While filling out the form, candidates must upload a recent passport-size photograph, signature, and other documents in the format specified.
  • Don't enter any incorrect information. The applicant's information on the application form must be accurate, as any changes could result in the application being rejected.
  • Applications received after the deadline will be rejected. Do not submit application forms at the last minute and complete them within the time limit.
  • Ensure that you meet the prescribed AIBE eligibility criteria.
  • All documents uploaded should be self-attested by the candidates. Any document without self-attestation will be rejected by BCI.
  • There is no need to send any document by post to BCI.
  • Keep a printout of the duly filled and submitted application form for future reference.
  • BCI does not provide an online application correction window. If there is any discrepancy in the information entered in the application form, candidates must email BCI to get it rectified.

AIBE 2024 Admit Card

Candidates will be able to obtain their AIBE admit card online. The admit card will be available for download via a link on the website from October 20, 2024. Students must contact the authority before the exam date if there is a discrepancy in their hall tickets.

Admit cards will not be mailed or distributed in any other way to candidates. On the day of the examination, candidates must bring their admit cards as well as identification.

How will I know about the AIBE exam centre allotted to me?

The AIBE exam center that is allotted to you is mentioned on the AIBE Admit Card. You are advised to check the admit card to confirm your exam center. Is it mandatory to be enrolled with state bar council to appear for AIBE?
