The Bar Council of India (BCI) is set to conduct the AIBE 19 exam 2024 on 22nd December 2024 as an offline pen and paper based test. AIBE 19 Minimum Passing Criteria 2024

Candidates must note that the BCI will notify AIBE Cut off which is the minimum passing marks for the exam. AIBE minimum passing criteria is 45 per cent, however, if there are any changes, the council will announce the same.

If the council drops any questions from AIBE 19 Question Paper, the cutoff marks are expected to decrease. Candidates who will score less than the required minimum qualifying marks of AIBE 19 will then have to appear for the AIBE Examination again.

To practice law in India, candidates must score minimum passing marks known as the AIBE qualifying marks. For the general category, candidates must receive 40 per cent of the possible points, and for candidates from SC and ST, 35 per cent.
