Until 2020, the AIBE exam was conducted as an open book exam. But from AIBE 16 onwards, the exam is no longer an open book exam. It became a relief for candidates since they used to carry extra loads of study material to the exam center because they were not sure as to which questions will be asked from which books.
AIBE 18 Exam Analysis 2023
The difficulty level of the AIBE 18 exam was moderate since 90% of the candidates who took the exam attempted more than 60 questions from the AIBE question paper. They could attempt so many questions without even referring to Bare Act.
In the AIBE 18 2023 question paper, there were more than 50 questions which were taken from Bare Act therefore the students who carried all the sets of bare acts could easily score more than 80 marks.

- The AIBE 18 exam 2023 was of moderate difficulty level. Candidates were allowed to carry the Bare Acts along with short notes which actually helped them in solving the AIBE Question paper 2023.
- The Bare act proved to be helpful as most of the questions were asked from the same. The AIBE 18 exam centers are well equipped. However it is a little tough to reach the center since these centers are usually located in remote areas.
- One consequence that students face is that since the AIBE Exam is no longer an open book exam, it gets a little difficult for them to attempt all the questions.
- The Bare Act with short notes however helped students to cover the maximum questions.
- The difficulty level of the exam was increased and students also suggested that the BCI should, again, make it an open book exam. This will make it easier for those who could not study as they are already practicing.

AIBE 17 Exam Analysis 2023
Candidates who took the AIBE 17 Exam said that the exam was easier than they had expected. The difficulty level of the AIBE question paper lay between easy and moderate. Besides, most of the questions were asked from bare acts. The students suggested that the BCI should raise the difficulty standards of the AIBE question paper. The exam pattern of the AIBE 17 Exam 2023 was as same as that of the previous years. Candidates were allowed to carry bare acts with short notes.

AIBE Exam Analysis 2020
The Bar Council of India conducted the AIVE 15 exam on January 24 2021. The exam was conducted across more than 45 centers in the country. The AIBE, all India bar examination, was conducted in a pen and paper based test mode.
