Aditya Birla Scholarship 2024: Eligibility Criteria
Not every candidate is eligible for this scholarship. Applicants must be pursuing postgraduate (PG) degrees at certain institutes. Here's a comprehensive list of qualified institutions: Candidates from the following institutions are eligible to apply for these scholarships:
- Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) include Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Kolkata, Lucknow, Indore, Kozhikode, Shillong, XLRI - Xavier School of Management in Jamshedpur, and National Law University in Jodhpur.
- Gujarat National Law University

Aditya Birla Scholarship 2024: Selection Procedure
The selection procedure for the Aditya Birla Scholarship includes the following steps:
- A total of 160 students from IITs/BITS (Pilani), 180 students from IIMs/XLRI, and 100 students from law schools will be evaluated using the information supplied in their application forms.

- Following that, a panel reviews the essays submitted by these students to determine if they will advance to the final round.
- The chosen candidates are then invited to attend an interview in Mumbai. Following this interview, the top 16 candidates from Engineering, 16 from Management, and 8 from Law are chosen as 'Aditya Birla Scholars.'
- Travel expenses, lodging, and a little stipend are offered to shortlisted candidates for their convenience.
- The interviews are conducted by eminent intellectuals and academicians, who ensure a rigorous selection procedure.
- Shortlisted students must bring all supporting papers, including photocopies of mark sheets and certificates.
- The Aditya Birla Scholars receive scholarship funding, which are handled by the Deans or Directors of their respective institutes.
- Scholarship funds are disbursed immediately to the institute's administration by cheque.
- Scholarships are renewable as long as students maintain their academic excellence during their studies. Since scholarship results are usually announced in September, any funds contributed by students are repaid by the institute.
- Aditya Birla Scholars' performance is regularly assessed to ensure that the scholarship is renewed each year.

- The Scholar must submit data for performance measurement and have it verified by the institute's Academic Dean. The assessment will be based on overall performance across all categories. No single factor will be the primary determinant.
