IIM JAMMU, India—The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Jammu hosted a seminar today titled "Management Lessons from the Mahabharata: A Pathway to Leadership and Happiness Vol 17. Satapathy has gained a lot of reputation in human resources. During the event, Satapathy pointed out that numerous modern management methodologies can be derived from the lessons of the Mahabharata, the world's largest epic. He was also able to build a bridge between the activity and leadership issues in the present timeframe and shared issues like strategic planning, self-awareness, coping, and conflict resolution initiatives with the participants.
He stressed that NEP 2020 of India calls to introduce such classics into management education, and harmonization of such vision determines the development of more balanced leadership training on Oct. 4, 2024. To make the session interesting, activities such as animated videos and group laughter sessions were used alongside other demonstrations, including the leadership energy session.
In the end, there were several questions and answers from the participants, along with the faculty and the students of IIM Jammu. The event was seamed by the 'The Anandam' team at IIM Jammu, overseen by Dr. Eshika Aggarwal, Co-Chairperson of 'Anandam', thanking Satapathy for his valuable inputs.
