1) Full-Time Programmes:
The Full-Time Programmes of the NICMAR are as follows
PGP ACM (Post Graduate Programmes in Advanced Construction Management):
It is a two-year, full-time management program which is based on interdisciplinary studies built upon the methodologies and concepts of engineering, law, social and behavioural sciences, management, architecture, and information technology. The course aims to combine theory with practical experiences and research work. This program is structured in such a way that the students who undertake the course face responsibilities demanding high proficiency in skills of people management, international markets, the latest technology, and project finance.
PGP PEM (Post Graduate Programme in Project Engineering and Management):
It is a full-time two-year course which is built upon the practices and concepts of Project Management and Engineering that aims at combining practical knowledge with theoretical knowledge. The objective of the program is to train the engineers, develop them into professional project managers and nurture essential proficiencies.
PGP REUIM (Post Graduate Programme in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure Management):
It is a full-time time two-year residential program which is multidisciplinary and is built to develop the students into professional techno-managerial leaders in the areas of real estate and urban infrastructure.
PGP IFDM (Post Graduate Program in Infrastructure Finance, Development & Management):
It is a two-year full-time program in the field of financing, developing and managing economic infrastructure projects. The main aim of the program is to develop the competencies in the students for the management of infrastructure efficiently.
2) Executive Program:
NICMAR’s Executive Education Program is designed for excellence in training and education in the construction, infrastructure, real estate, and projects.
3) Part-Time Program:
NICMAR offer a one-year part-time PGPM (Post Graduate Program in Management) to provide quality education, research, consultancy, training, and Human Resource Development Services in Management.
4) Distance Education Program:
NICMAR offer two years and one-year distance education Programs in various disciplines. The candidate has to fulfil certain eligibility criteria to get the benefits of distance education.

NICMAR University , Pune Admission 2024
NICMAR Admission is made through NCAT (NICMAR Common Admission Test). NCAT is 150 marks exam which comprises of three sections-
- Quantitative and Analytical Ability - 60 marks
- Data Interpretation - 30 marks
- Verbal and General Ability - 60 marks
The candidates are allowed to submit the CAT/GMAT/GATE/CMAT scores. The merit list will be formed based on the score, which will be followed by the Personal Interview (PI) and Rating of Application (RA).
The admission procedure entirely depends on candidates’ performance in the entrance examination conducted by the institute. NICMAR conducts NCAT followed by Personal Interview and Rating of Application (RA) rounds for admission to the programs offered. The RA consists of applicants’ academic performance and work experience as well.
NICMAR Pune Entrance Examination
The NCAT Entrance Examination is used to determine admission to NICMAR Pune. Students must prepare quantitative aptitude from the RS Aggarwal Book while preparing for the entrance exam. Students must also prepare current events for group discussion rounds and personal interviews.
NCAT admit cards can be downloaded online by students. When taking the exam, students must bring their admit cards with them. Furthermore, students can access their admit card by entering their username and password. Name, roll number, exam date and time, examination centre address, registration number, photo, and signature are all on the admit card.

Placement: After the completion of the 2023 placement drive the percentage of people who got placed were 99%. The highest international package and highest domestic package offered at NICMAR Pune placements 2023 were INR 28.66 LPA and INR 16 LPA, respectively. Furthermore, the average package offered during placements in 2023 was INR 9 LPA. During the year of my placements the top recruiters included UltraTech, L&T, Reliance, Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Blue Star, Axis Bank, and Adani Group, among others.
Faculty: My main consideration before entering college was to ensure good teachers. Our college had some of the most highly educated and dedicated teachers. The kind of interest they take in subjects makes you want to take subject seriously. But on the other hands some teachers are unbothered and teach what they want and leave. Although the curriculum could take some revamp rest its all good.
College: Some of our teachers are extremely skilled and enthusiastic about the subject and always making sure to deliver the best possible knowledge to the students. But some teachers are often unbothered and in a hurry to complete the lecture and leave. The majority of the course curriculum is relevant. However, I believe that the college need to revamp the curriculum and should contain more software that is comparable to Global standards.

My Great College
Placement: The placements are very high and it is 100% in our college due to perfection in the studies and the minimum package which is offered in our campus is 4.5Lac PA. all top companies come to the college for placements.
Faculty: All are very great and cooperative and that includes Diljeet mam , Kedar sir and gopal sir many more you see everyone is an expert in this college and it is a delight to be taught by them.
College: I am pursuing Post Graduate Program in Advanced Construction Management course from this college and the total 2 years fees of the course is Rs.. 12 Lacs and the placements are very good and if we talk about the infrastructure and student strength so our campus is just in the one building so our campus area is very limited and there are 200 students and our hostel fees is also included in our whole fees.

Good Placements Opportunity
Faculty: The College Faculty knows their job well and were able to instruct and teach us well, we were very satisfied with our teachers starting from the first semester. The faculty were all highly educated and talented IIT graduates, CFAs, or had previous corporate experience. Even the curriculum that was taught to us was professionally crafted and addresses real-world workplace challenges. As a result, equip us with better counsel for our professional careers.
Placement: The college ensure a decent placement percentage this year it was around 90% students. The top salary was 13 lacs, the lowest was 3.5 lacs, and the average was 5.5 lacs CTC. And in terms of internship, internship was offered to 95% of the students.
College: Even as a child I have always been interested in the building things, and thats where NICMAR comes in with all its expertise. It is a great institute because apart from construction, it prepares us for other corporate fields as well. The college ensures that students are made to participate in all events that helps them build a better personality.

The highest international package and highest domestic package offered at NICMAR Pune placements 2023 were INR 28.66 LPA and INR 16 LPA, respectively. Furthermore, the average package offered during placements in 2023 was INR 9 LPA. During the year of my placements the top recruiters included UltraTech, L&T, Reliance, Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Blue Star, Axis Bank, and Adani Group, among others.
Faculty: My main consideration before entering college was to ensure good teachers. Our college had some of the most highly educated and dedicated teachers. The kind of interest they take in subjects makes you want to take subject seriously. But on the other hands some teachers are unbothered and teach what they want and leave. Although the curriculum could take some revamp rest its all good.
College: Some of our teachers are extremely skilled and enthusiastic about the subject and always making sure to deliver the best possible knowledge to the students. But some teachers are often unbothered and in a hurry to complete the lecture and leave. The majority of the course curriculum is relevant. However, I believe that the college need to revamp the curriculum and should contain more software that is comparable to Global standards.
