It is being operated from the premises of the Mentor Institute (MNIT Jaipur). The institute is presently using Malviya Nagar University as its Temporary campus and is an Autonomous University. The campus will be later shifted to the main site made at Ranpur near Kota, Rajasthan. Indian Institute of Information Technology courses include undergraduate programs. Currently, the institute has an annual intake of 214 students for the B.Tech program (143 in Computer Science & Engineering and 71 in Electronics & Communication Engineering).
