Candidates seeking admission to B. Tech must ensure that they fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria defined by the university. There are in total five specializations in the departments of ICE, ECE, IT, EEE and CSE with the annual intake of 360 students.
- For admission to B.Tech, the candidates are required to have passed senior secondary school with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as mandatory subjects securing at least 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized board.
- The candidates must appear and qualify Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University Common Entrance Test (GGSIPU CET) for admission to B.Tech program.
- After the examination, the candidates are required to appear in the counseling process conducted at GGSIPU. Almost 90% of seats are filled through the counseling process conducted on the basis of IPU CET.
- 10% of seats are reserved as Management seats.

- The application form is to be filled online while the exam is conducted in offline mode.
- The questions paper consists of 150 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
- The question paper is divided into three sections namely Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, each of 33.33% weight.
- Every correct answer is rewarded with 4 marks while each incorrect one deducts 1 mark. There is no deduction if the question is left unanswered.

- To apply online, the candidates must visit the official website of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) and get themselves registered.
- After the registration, they must fill the application form online by providing educational and Personal Details.
- The candidates must ensure that they provide the correct information as any incorrect detail may lead to the cancellation of the candidature.
- They must upload the scanned signature, photograph, and thumb impression.
- After all the details are filled correctly, the candidates must click on ‘I Agree’ checkbox and submit the application form.
- The candidates must ensure that they process the payment of INR 1000 as application fee while filling the application form. The payment can be processed through any online mode of payment such as net banking, credit card or debit card.
After the examination, the shortlisted candidates are advised to appear in the counseling round conducted by the university. List of the shortlisted candidates will be available on the official website of the university.

Best option if werent able to crack JEE or MAINS
Placement: As i am studying here. So i cant tell this completely.
But it is sure that avg. Package is about 4 lacks and it can go as high upto 10 lakhs .

Placement: College organises inhouse internship programmes like mobile comm,embedded system,CCNA,.net,VLSI etc.
Where as far as placement is concern companies visited the campus for 2015 were:
TCS,Aricent,Nagarro,Vinsol,E&Y,etc

Teacher of our generation.
