  • Completion of Postgraduate Medical Training: In addition to holding an MBBS degree, candidates must have successfully completed postgraduate medical training in the relevant field. The postgraduate degree (MD/MS/DNB) is required to take the NEET SS examination, as it provides the foundation for specialized knowledge and skills.
  • Registration with Medical Council: Candidates must also possess an authentic registration certificate issued by the MCI or any State Medical Council along with the required educational qualifications. This ensures that potential super specialists are recognized and licensed to practice medicine by the medical governing bodies.
  • Scoring in NEET SS test: Passing the test requires completing Neet ss eligibility requirements and scoring well. Candidates' super speciality knowledge, expertise, and decision-making skills are tested with multiple-choice questions.
  • Required Documentation: Candidates must submit eligibility documentation when applying. MBBS, postgraduate, registration, caste, and identification certificates are examples.

NEET SS Eligibility criteria for foreign nationals:

Foreigners wanting to study super specialties in India must pass the NEET SS 2023 exam. If they are properly registered in their home country, such candidates do not need MCI/SMC registration. The MCI may give interim registration to NEET SS winners for the postdoctoral course. This registration is temporary and confined to the medical college/institution where he/she is admitted. There is no stated maximum age for exam takers. Candidates from countries other than the United States who are interested in taking the NEET SS entrance exam may do so without registering with MCI. On request, the Medical Council of India may grant temporary registration for a post-doctoral course with a set term if the NRI candidate is interested in doing so and pays the required registration fees. To be eligible for the exam, candidates must hold their provincial pass certificate.

Candidates must go to nbe.edu.in, the National Board of Examinations (NBE) official website, to register for the exam. NEET SS application form 2023 can be filled in five steps: registration, application form, uploading scanned documents, fee payment, and confirmation page printout. Beginning on July 15, 2023, the application process must be completed by August 4 of the same year. Before completing the application, students must read carefully over the NEET 2023 syllabus and exam structure. Students must submit their applications well in advance of the deadline and not wait until the very last moment. This is suggested since, due to overload, the system is prone to hang on the last date.

Registration fees for NEET SS Application Form

The NEET SS application cost is non-refundable. The NEET SS 2023 application form must be submitted with the Rs. 4250 application fee for all categories. Using Internet banking, a credit card, a debit card, or a UPI transaction mechanism, you can pay the registration fees. Before paying fees, students need to verify all the information they have provided. Students should be aware that funds are not transferable or refundable in the event that their application is denied or it is determined that they are not eligible to sit the exam.
