To apply for an MBBS program in Russia, a student must be eligible for the NEET. In addition, students must complete preparatory courses in English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology with a minimum of 50% in each subject in order to enroll in medical colleges in Russia that have been approved by MCI.

Anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, and microbiology are covered in the fundamental science curriculum, whereas surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, and psychiatry are covered in the clinical science curriculum. The previous academic standing of candidates is the basis for admissions.

The candidate must have received at least 50% in science during their 10+2 coursework.
