  • DAVV admissions for 2023 are currently being accepted through CUET. The registration deadline for CUET UG 2023 has been extended to March 30. 
  • The CUET UG exam 2023 will be held from May 21 to May 31, 2023. 
  • The CUET PG 2023 exam will be held from June 1 to June 10, 2023.

What is DAVV CET 2023?

The Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya Common Entrance Test (DAVV CET) (now replaced by CUET-PG) was held for admission to postgraduate and research-level programs at Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore, and its affiliated colleges. Authorities will grant admission to UG and PG courses this year based on CUET scores.

DAVV CET 2023 Eligibility Criteria 

Candidates seeking admission to DAVV's UG/PG programs must meet the prescribed eligibility criteria, or their candidature will be cancelled. Candidates must read the DAVV CET eligibility criteria before filling out the DAVV CET application form. 

Age Limit

  • The upper age limit for male candidates is 23 years for undergraduate courses and 28 years for postgraduate courses.
  • MBA (2-year HA) and LLM programs: Female candidates and those applying have no age restrictions. 
  • For candidates with disabilities, the upper age limit for graduate and postgraduate programs is 30 and 35 years, respectively. In addition, differently-abled candidates from Madhya Pradesh will be given three years of relaxation.
  • Candidates for the BPharma program should be at least 17 years old.

Educational Qualification 

  • Admission to the UG program requires the candidate to have completed class 12th from a recognized board/university with a minimum of 45-55 percent marks.
  • Admission to a postgraduate program requires that the candidate have a bachelor's degree in a relevant subject with a minimum of 50-55 percent marks.
  • Candidates with disabilities and SC/ST candidates from Madhya Pradesh will be given a 5% mark relaxation.
  • Candidates who are awaiting their qualifying result can also apply, but their admission will be provisional until they submit their final year mark sheet at the time of admission.

DAVV CET 2023 Application Form

The application form for the DAVV CET 2023 will be available on the official website dauniv.ac.in. Before applying, they must first ensure their eligibility and then register online.

How to Fill DAVV CET 2023 Application Form?

  • Applicants should go to the official website (www.dauniv.ac.in).
  • The applicants should then click on apply online.
  • The applicants should then select the course name from the drop-down list and choose your course.
  • The applicants must then complete the form with the requested information.
  • Applicants must enter their personal information, educational information, parental information, and date of birth.
  • The next step is to upload the scanned passport size photo as well as the scanned copy of the signature in the format specified on the website. 
  • Applicants can also select their preferred examination center
  • When everything is finished, the page will appear and ask the applicant to submit the application.
  • Once submitted, the applicant's user id and password will be generated.
  • This certificate is crucial because it is unique to each applicant and will not be shared with anyone.

DAVV CET 2023 Application Fee:

  • Applicants must now pay an application fee of Rs 1500/- plus 50 online charges (+GST).
  • Applicants can pay the fee using internet banking or a debit/credit card. 
  • When the payment is completed successfully, a payment receipt is generated with the Transition number, which the applicant should save.
  • The application must be submitted before the deadline, as applications received after the deadline will not be accepted by the university

DAVV CET 2023 Result 

DAVV CET 2023 Results will be available in the last week of July 2023, in the form of a merit list that includes the candidate's overall and sectional scores, rank, and passing status. The Merit List is available on the exam's official website. Candidates who pass the DAVV CET 2022 will be able to participate in the admissions process for various UG and PG courses.

DAVV CET 2023 Counselling

Following the announcement of the results, qualified candidates will be required to attend the counselling round. The specifics of the counseling will be posted on the university's official website. In order for the authorities to certify their eligibility, they must keep a few papers on hand before attending the counselling round. Those who do not attend the counseling session will be barred from participating in the admissions process. At the time of counselling, the candidate must bring a Rs. 10,000/- demand note made payable to the Registrar, DAVV, Indore.

For Non-CET programs:

  • Applicants for admission to BCA/ BCA (Hons)/ PGDCA/ M.Sc. (CS/IT), MBA (Computer Management/ Rural Development/ Public Administration & Policy), PG Diplomas, MSW, BSW, MA (Sociology/Political Science/Clinical Psychology) must apply online at mponline.gov.in and pay application fees.
  • For all other programs, an application in the prescribed format must be submitted to the respective teaching department/school/institute/centre, along with a DD made payable to "Registrar, D.A.V.V. Indore" and mailed to Indore.

For M.Phil and Ph.D:

  • Apply online at davv.mponline.gov.in and submit your application. The application fee for a single entrance test for Ph.D. or M.Phil is INR 1000, and the application fee for both entrance tests for Ph.D. and M.Phil is INR 1500.

Can I get admission in DAVV without cuet?

How much marks are required for DAVV?

A candidate for admission to the program must have a minimum of 60% (or equivalent) in a BE/BTech (or equivalent) in an allied branch of engineering from a recognized/University. Regular candidates must have a valid GATE Score in a relevant/allied branch of engineering/technology.

Can I get direct admission in DAVV?

No, IET DAVV, Indore does not have a management quota, so direct admission is not possible. JEE scores are used to determine admission to IET. You must apply for the institute through the MP DTE counseling process. During the application process, you can specify your preferred college and branch.

What is the fees of Davv CET exam form?

Candidates must pay registration fees of Rs 750 per course and Rs 400 for SC/ST candidates of MP domicile per program through the virtual mode. Except for lateral entry into B. Pharmacy, admission will be granted only in the first year/semester of the courses.
