BVP CET 2024 Latest Updates

The authorities have released the BVP CET 2024 Exam Dates on the official website through the Information Brochure 2024. The BVP CET Engineering Result was released on 18th June and the counselling process went on from 2nd to 5th July 2024. The candidates who have completed and fully qualified the counselling process will commence classes from 15th July 2024 as anticipated. The BVP CET Application is now fully closed for all the courses.

The BVP CET 2024 Engineering Exam was conducted on 9th June 2024, and the result for the same has been made public on the official website on the 18th of June 2024. Likewise, the BVP CET BBA/BCA and M.Tech Exams were also conducted on 16th June and the results are due on 24th and 25th June 2024 respectively.  The BVP CET Application form date for LLB Courses was extended to 16th June 2024. The exam for BVP CET B.Pharma (1st Year) was conducted on 16th June and the result is expected on 15 July 2024.

What is BVP CET 2024?

Bharati Vidyapeeth Common Entrance Test (BVP CET) is a university entrance exam held by Bharati Vidyapeeth University, Pune for admission to various UG and PG programs. The exam is a pathway to up to 700 B. Tech seats available at the university. Candidates will be offered seats based on their performance in the BVP CET 2024.

BVP CET 2024: Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have passed the Higher Secondary Certificate Examination (H.S.C.) or the Indian School Certificate Examination (ISCE), or any other equivalent examination of any recognized Board/University from any school/college in India.
• Interested candidates must have completed the 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as the main subjects and one of the optional subjects being Biotechnology/Chemistry/Biology/Technical.
• Candidates from the open category must obtain 45% in their 10+2 examination.
• Candidates for the reserved category must obtain a total of 40%.
• Aspirants who have taken or are about to take a qualifying examination, such as the HSC, but whose results have not yet been released, will also be eligible to take the exam. However, during counseling, these students must present their HSC mark sheet.

The BVP CET Admission Process is quite simple. Candidates can read the complete BVP CET Admission Process below.  

STEP 1: Filling the Application form

Application forms for BVP CET 2024 can be completed online by visiting the BVU website. Admissions will be completed by July, with registration beginning in December. To obtain the application form online, candidates must first register as new users on the official website.

STEP 2: Downloading Admit Card

The BVP CET 2024 admit cards will be available on the institute's website. Candidates must download their admit cards from the official website beginning on the date specified in the admission schedule.

STEP 3: Appearing in the Entrance Exam

BVU administers the BVP CET or AICET for a variety of courses. This exam is required in order to gain admission to the university. The entrance exams will be in the form of multiple-choice questions with subject-specific questions. The BVP CET 2024 Exam Date is 9th June 2024.

STEP 4: Results

The BVP CET 2024 results will be released on the date specified in the admission schedule. Results of entrance exams for different courses will be announced on different dates. Candidates can access their results through the official website.

STEP 5: Counselling

Following the release of the BVP CET 2024 results, a merit list with the names of selected candidates will be issued. For the final nod, the selected candidates will be required to attend a counseling session at one of BVU's campuses.

Step 2: Click the "Registration" button and fill out all of the required information such as name, email address, password, mobile number, and so on.

Step 3: After submitting the registration information, candidates will receive a username and password via email

Step 4: Candidates must complete the application form with personal and qualification information.

Step 5: Upload the scanned images and signature in accordance with the specifications.

Step 6: Pay the application fee for each course.

Step 7: Candidates must double-check all of the information they filled out on the application form

BVP CET 2024: Cutoff

The BVP CET cutoff 2024 will be made available online by the exam's organizers. Candidates can view the course and category-specific BVP CET cut-offs on the official website. The authorities will take into account a number of factors when determining the BVP CET cutoff, including the total number of seats available for the course, the number of candidates who applied for a specific course, previous year cutoff trends, and more. BVP CET 2024: Counselling
