On November 4, 2024, the VITEEE 2025 Application Form was made available at the official website, viteee.vit.ac.in. Candidates may complete the VITEEE 2025 application form till March 31, 2025. The dates for the VITEEE 2025 exams have also been released on the official website. The test will take place between April 21 and April 27, 2025.

During the VITEEE 2025 application procedure, candidates must register, fill out the form with the necessary information, submit documents, and pay the fee online (through net banking/credit card/debit card). Since no correction facility will be provided, the candidates are advised to check their filled-out details carefully before submitting them.

It is advisable for candidates who plan to apply for the VITEEE 2025 to first confirm their VITEEE eligibility and make sure they meet all of the requirements set forth by the institute for admission. VITEEE 2025 application form is now available online. All eligible candidates will have to fill out and submit the VITEEE application form 2025 before the final date. No other mode of application will be accepted by the authorities. Students are urged to carefully read the directions for filling out the VITEEE application form 2025. Step 1: Registration for VITEEE Application Form 2025

Candidates must register on the VIT University website by providing their basic personal information in order to begin the application process. Following registration, the login information will be mailed to the registered email address and password.

• Visit the official website of VITEEE – viteee.vit.ac.in
• Enter the following details to begin with the registration process.
• Full Name
• Email Address
• Contact Number
• Date of Birth
• Gender
• Verification Code
• Check the check box at the end, and click on Register.
• Once submitted, a user ID and Password will be generated, which is shared to the registered Email ID provided by the candidate in the second step.

Note: Since the candidates' registered mobile numbers and email addresses will be used for any correspondence from the exam authorities, they must be genuine. The authorities will never accept a request to change a person's mobile phone number, email address, or correspondence address

Step 2: Verifying the login information of VITEEE 2025 Application Form

Candidates must click "Registered Users" and log in using their username and password after obtaining them. After submitting these, candidates will move on to the following page, where they must fill out the application form's data.

Step 3: Fill Out the VITEEE Application Form 2025

Candidates must complete all the information requested on the VITEEE 2025 application form. Before completing the VITEEE 2025 application form, candidates are also urged to read the steps that must be taken. Candidates must then click on the VITEEE 2025 application form in order to go to the following page and complete all of the required information, including uploading their photograph and signature and paying the application fee.

Once all the information has been entered, click the submit and next buttons. This step's submission will result in the generation of an application number and a payment option. The following window will open as soon as the candidate chooses the payment method—Net Banking, Credit Card, or Debit Card—and click Proceed to Pay.

Step 4: Fee Payment of VITEEE 2025 Application Form

Here, candidates will have to pay the application fees via Net banking/ Credit/ Debit card. Candidates can apply and pay the application fees in both Online and Offline mode.

• Offline Mode (DD) - DD of Rs. 1350/- (90 USD for NRI candidates) must be drawn in favour of 'VIT University' payable at Vellore.
• Online mode (Net banking / Debit card / Credit card).

Step 5: Uploading the scanned documents

In this step, the candidates must upload a scanned copy of their documents as per the specifications mentioned in the table below. In case of an error in uploading, the application may be rejected.

Step 6: Submit the Application Form

Finalize your application by sending it in and downloading the confirmation page for your records. If you apply online, you won't need to provide a printout of the application to the university office. Since no correction facility is provided, candidates are advised to carefully revoew the application and then submit.

VITEEE Application Form 2025 Slot Booking Guide

Candidates should book an exam slot that is convenient for them throughout the slot booking process. They can select their preferred exam center and time frame. The following are some details that the candidate should be aware of:

Online Test Booking System (OTBS): If the institution accepts the candidates' applications, they can book their VITEEE 2025 exam slots online through the Online Test Booking System (OTBS). Candidates must use the proper credentials to check in to the Online Test Booking System (OTBS) and book their desired slots. The OTBS password has been emailed to the candidates' registered mobile phone numbers.

Slot Selection: Candidates can choose their preferred exam centers, dates, and times. The VITEEE 2025 slot booking process is first-come, first-served. It is advised to choose slots carefully because they cannot be modified once submitted. If students do not pick slots, the conducting authority will allocate slots based on the application details.

• Slot Dates: VITEEE candidates must input their application number and password provided by VIT University in order to use the online slot booking system.

• Candidates can now make any necessary changes or edits to the application form.

• Download the updated application form, print it out, and retain it for the admissions process.

How to recover password of the VITEEE Application Form 2025?

For candidates to successfully register, an email ID and password must be issued to them. Log on to the application portal at vit.ac.in to obtain the application number and password. In the event that you forget your application number or password, follow these steps:

• Select the 'Forgot Application number?' link.
• Type in your name and birthdate.
• Enter your registered phone number and email address.
• Verify that this information matches exactly what you supplied when you registered and applied.
• enter the displayed security code
• After selecting "SUBMIT," write down your application number.

A candidate's password can also be recovered if they lose it. Enter your registered email address and password to log in at the sign-in page. The link "Forgot Password?" can be found there. When you click it, a page will link you to where you must enter your registered mobile number and email address. Make a note of your new password after clicking "submit."
